Letter from the President.

Happy New Years to all our customers, prospects and their families. We hope you all have a healthy and successful 2016.

Just a couple notes.

Our toroidal transformer business just keeps growing. Fortunately we continue to make the investment in toroidal winders and our customers seem to be reaping the benefits of some nice savings. Currently we are working with several lighting companies as we transformer their EI transformers over to toroidal designs. The efficiencies we are seeing are surpassing 90%. The packages are smaller and lighter. Although toroids can be a bit more expensive, the units consume less no-load power, so the savings and life cycle far surpasses those using EI transformers. My own experience had me replacing 3 different off the shelf transformers over a 12 years period from a company now out of business.

We just returned from the AHR Trade show in Orlando where we met with many of our customers as well as some prospects. One project we have been asked to focus on is the split core business. If there is any interest out there from new customers, please let us know as we will do our best to offer the lowest prices, with the quality and service you have all come to expect from Galaxy Transformers.
